This web app has 3 modules.

Front end that allows web visitor www.buenosaires.gov.ar to suscribe any lists.

Back end using Intranet allows users administrators, to view suscribers, lists and send electronic bulletins. The system has different features:
- Public or private suscription
- Public history

- Delivery templates
- Content origin (URL, from editor or script)

Administrator can delete, block or add suscribers manually or using an import wizard.

Delivery. Lists can be huge, online delivery can be set to an especif time or reatime. It also allows tracking. If stops while sending, it can be restarted when the server is normal.

More than 100.000 emails address are handle by this web app on daily bases.
